Amazing experience! Was skeptical doing repair by mail. Worked closely with Valentine. He was great and explained the process step by step. I received emails updates frequently. My Mercedes had sat for over a year. Now it’s back on the road! Amazing! Highly highly recommend! Best service ever! A++
I have a 2006 BMW X5 4.8is that I purchased at a auction not knowing what problems it might have. We had to have a key made at the dealership. The car now would crank but not start. While on YouTube doing research on what might be the problem I ran across the ECU Team. I was impressed at how knowledgeable they were and decided to look them up and give them a call. I spoke to Valentine and explained to him my issues. Valentine was so nice and answered all my questions and told me what they could do for me. I had to send in my DME , my EWS and my key. Communication during this transaction was excellent. The turn around time was excellent and the charges for their services were affordable. When I did receive my parts back the car started right up. Basically plug and play. We still had troubleshooting to do as this car had sit for an unknown period of time and we knew we would run into more issues. We found out that we needed to have the VVT reprogramed so I called Valentine back and explained this to him. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price and I sent this part in to have it reprogramed. Again, turn around time and communication was excellent. We were down to the last bit of trouble shooting, we now have an issue with something draining the battery. My husband and I have spent countless hours tracing where this is coming from. In the process something happened that did something to the EWS causing the car not to start again. I again called Valentine and he told me exactly what had happened and told me to send him the EWS, the DME and my key and he would reprogram them at no cost to me. All of their services are warrantied. I have made many and I mean many phone calls to Valentine and he not once treated me like I was bothering him and he let me know that he was there to help me. So Drumroll, we will get out tonight to see if I will finally get to drive my car. If I ever have any type of issues that the ECU Team can help me with I will certainly do business with them again. Hands down A+ Service. Thank you so much for always being available to answer my questions. You guys are THE BEST
Blessings to you all and your business.
I am impressed by this company's professionalism and quality of service. Other companies may be a little cheaper but I can assure you none can compete with ECU Teams quality of work and service. When new ECU didn't completely resolve my car's issues, their technicians got on the phone to help me find the problem at no extra charge. These technicians know their stuff. If you have any problem with your car's electronics, this is the company you want to call. Their work is guaranteed and their service is fast.
I purchased a 2006 Jeep LJ in April of 2018 and immediately had transmission shifting issues. Through research on Jeep forums, I learned it was a power control module (PCM) issue and not a transmission issue.
Since Jeep no longer made a replacement PCU (which rarely worked any way..based on forum info), I turned to the ECU Team Corp for a solution.
I can't even imagine the time and effort this small company put into solving a billion dollar company's failure.
The ECU Team Corp did a GREAT job of getting my Jeep back on the road and running perfect.
Here I was in the State of Florida after traveling from California in summer time, and the Covid-19 Epidemic shutting down everything, and the air condition in my 2006 Sprinter failed from a faulty A/C module purchased in Van Nuys California. After attempts of contacting the company I purchased the rebuilt Module from were unsuccessful I went on an internet search for a local company in Florida that could help me. My search revealed a company in West Palm Beach Florida that was able to assist me. I submitted a request via their web site, and received a call from Valentin that afternoon. After our detailed conversation with my explanation of what the problem was, the fact that they are Veteran Owned and Operated, and the unhealthy heat and humidity, I decided to send them my Sprinter A/C Module for repair to the ECU Team while in quarantine in Fort Myers Florida . I was hesitant in paying the repair fee up front, knowing that dealing with electrical components without being able to troubleshoot the problem at their facility is complicated, and a risk on their part I removed the module from the Sprinter, and mailed it to the ECU Team via the Post Office in Fort Myers Florida on a Thursday Afternoon. After the ECU Team received my faulty Module, I received a verification call from Valentin, and his follow up from start to finish was exceptional. The rebuilt Module was ready to be returned to me within 24 hours from arrival at their facility, I installed it and it function as guaranteed, and we could breath again!! I want to thank the Team at ECU, and the post office for their service while dealing with the Covid-19 Epidemic. Just for the record I never had company follow up with me to see that everything was working properly, and warranted the rebuilt Module even though they didn't remove and reinstall the replacement. I highly recommend The ECU Team to anyone needing their services.
If you’re looking for a company to repair any of your control Modules this is the place. I have a 2005 325xi. I had searched and spoking to several other companies in regards to repairing or or replace my ECU until I came across Valentin and ECU Corp Team. They offer free diagnostic without having to come out of pocket like all the other companies. They got my ECU and I got a diagnostic that day and it was shipped the next day. He gave me a quote at first and I told him would I pay and they agreed. They actually repaired my ECU so I didn’t have to send them my key or Immobilizer. Got it back and plug and play . So far so good. Thank you guys again
The ECU Team provided excellent customer service, in Feb 2019, from my initial contact and their prompt call back, to sharing their analysis of my PCM and it’s fix, to when it would be in my hands again. Thank you! Very pleased after installing it in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler — fixing the P2305 Ignition Coil “B” Secondary Circuit and P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire detected. No issues a year later.
Car suddenly wouldn't start one morning. Codes kept coming up erraticly. Tested all sensors mentioned by code reader. All function fine. That narrowed it down to ECU. The ECU Team did great work cloning my original ECU. Started up immediately when installed.
After a camshaft adjuster burned up a 2011 BMW 535i ECU - I purchased the clone service - sent in the proper replacement and about 2 days after getting it back the car was running perfect ! Repair cost for half the cost of a new one !
I just wanted to say thank you 🏽 to ECU Team. I received ECU today and it worked. Bless your service, I'll definitely be recommending you out to people I know if they find themselves in a position I was.
